Follow the objective to southern Highway 97 south of the Bare Bay Ambush Camp to a marshy area. Collect the hemlock from around the search area. The hemlock shows up on the minimap as a skull and crossbones.
Return Water Hemlock To Sarah
Head back to the ark at Wizard Island to trigger a cutscene.
