Below is a walkthrough for the Level 19 side quest called Blood for Blood in Horizon Forbidden West. To obtain this quest, speak with Dekka near the Memorial Grove at the end of The Kulrut main quest.
Meet Dekka on the Hillcrest
Travel southeast of the Memorial Grove to find Dekka. Speak with her.
Go to the Outpost
If you haven’t liberated the outpost, now is the time to do so!
Find the Post that Nakalla was Tied To
Use your focus to find the post. Examine it to find some nearby tracks.
Follow the Tracks
Follow the tracks.
Examine the Hatch
Interact with the hatch to open it.
Meet Dekka at the Fall’s Edge
Travel all the way down to Fall’s Edge and speak with Dekka.
Go to the Campfire
Head to the campfire north of Fall’s Edge.
Kill the Rebels
Defeat the enemies at the campfire!
Wait for Kavvoh and Arokkeh at the Campfire
Interact with the campfire to wait for them.
Follow Kavvoh
Follow behind Kavvoh down the path and up a cliff.
Find the Threat to Fall’s Edge
Approach the structure to trigger a brief scene.
Kill the Rebels and Machine
Defeat all the enemies there!
Talk to Kavvoh and Arokkeh
After defeating all the enemies, speak with the pair standing in the water.
Return to Dekka
Head back to Fall’s Edge and speak with Dekka in the cage to complete the quest.
