Below is a walkthrough on The Reddest Red side quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. To obtain this quest, speak with Andy at the Artist Workshop in New Dawn Park.
Kill the Goon mentioned by Andy
Travel to the objective northwest of the Hickory Windmill to find the Goon walking on the street. Kill it!
Collect the Goon’s blood
After you defeat it, loot the corpse.
Bring the blood to Andy
Return to Andy to complete the side quest.
