Below is a walkthrough on the Carriers I side quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. After you take the oath during the Carriers side quest, you’ll automatically receive this quest.
Get a delivery assignment from Driscoll
Speak with Driscoll.
Make a delivery to the marked location
Follow the objective to Garrison. Climb the tall building until you reach about the middle. Interact with the metal door for a cutscene.
Return to the Carrier Guild
Head on back to Driscoll and speak with him to complete the quest.
