Below is a walkthrough on the Aitor side quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. This quest is obtained automatically during the Welcome on Board story quest (potentially only if you sided with the PK).

Head upstairs and follow the objective through a red door to trigger a cutscene.
Talk to Margaret, the healer
Travel south to Culvert Island in northeastern Garrison and interact with the brown door on the building.
Collect the 3 Recluse petals at night
After the dialog, travel to the objective on the western edge of New Dawn Park at night and pick 3 of the glowing flowers. Be wary of all the Infected!
Decide which medicine to use to treat Aitor
Return to Aitor and the doctor. Tell Patricia the truth then select “I give Aitor the small petals.” to save both Aitor and Margaret’s lives.
