Follow the objective north to arrive at a radio tower. Clear out all of the swarmers to update the objective.
Save Rose
Head into the area and inspect the of the corpses near the structure to find some footprints. Follow the footprints to the ladder of the radio tower and climb it to the top to trigger a cutscene.
