This log is found during the House of Reckoning mission. Work your way through the area until you reach the mock battle arena. The log can be found on the road to the right of the UNSC building on a crate just past the Warthog.
Banished Audio Log: Escharum’s Testimony
This log is located during the House of Reckoning mission in the 3rd battle simulator room leaning against a metal table with a hologram of an assault rifle.
