- Potion – Hidden behind a tree that can be chopped down on the northwest side of town

- TM11 Will-O-Wisp – Use Chop Down on the tree located on the left side of Viridian City and talk with the guy wearing the pink and grey shirt.
Route 2 (Before Viridian Forest)

- Leaf Stone – The area south of Diglett’s Cave past the small tree. Will pass through a Guard Station.
- Super Potion – The area south of Diglett’s Cave past the small tree. Will pass through a Guard Station.

- Light Up – House south of Diglett’s Cave entrance after beating Lt. Surge
