Location: This quest can be found in Angri-La.
Objective: Bring a Blade That Can Cut the Monks Steel Body
The blade needed to complete this quest is the Legate’s Blade +3. You will have to beat the Final Trail in the Wheel of Harma to obtain the Orichalcum: Ore Blimey recipe to craft the blade. It will require 2 Densinium, 1 Orichalcum, 3 Goobricant, and 1 Black Tear. Once you gather these materials, craft a +3 version of the blade then return to the monk and talk with him (while the Legate’s Blade is equipped) to complete the quest.
- Densinium – Can be found at the Battleground (got mine on Level 2) as a sparkly on the ground.
- Orichalcum – Can be mined from an ore vein (can also mine densinium from this vein) at the Battleground Level 9 behind the gated area. You will need the Ultimate Key to open the gate.
- Goobricant – Can be dropped/stolen by Slick Slimes at the Secret Entrance (via Atsuo and Atsuko’s Hideout) of Mount Huji. They spawn with other enemies like the Malicious Drohl.
- Black Tear – You can get a Black Tear by trading in 1 Serpent’s Soul (obtained from Dragons and Demons) to Krystalinda in Sniflheim Castle.
