Below are the side quests that can be obtained in Fallen Arm!
A Tough Battle
Obtained: Speak with Kazat between 6:00 – 18:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Defeat 4 Offensive Seeker Units, 5 Caelum Volff and 2 Lelepago Pterix
The Offensive Seeker Units can be found on Digit 5 Beach. The Caelum Volff can be found at night near the Giant Mechon Debris landmark. The Lelepago Pterix can also be found near the Giant Mechon Debris landmark. When all of the enemies have been defeated, return to Kazat.
Eliminate the Threat
Obtained: Speak with Voltak between 6:00 – 6:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Destroy the Broken Mechon
The Broken Mechon is a level 58 enemy that can be found in the area of Digit 1 Crevasse on the Fallen Arm. Once it’s defeated, return to Voltak to complete the quest.
Fixing a Broken Door
Obtained: Speak with Rizaka between 6:00 – 18:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Collect 5 Digital Filaments & 2 Dated Frames from the M56 Prototypes
The Digital Filaments can be found on the ground throughout the Fallen Arm. The Dated Frames are dropped from M56 Prototypes, which can be found in Digit 1 Crevasse on the Fallen Arm. Once you collect all the items, return to Rizaka to complete the quest.
Food Delivery
Obtained: Speak with Natalia between 18:00 – 6:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Take the food to Theo who is at the base of Digit 2
Bring the food to Theo at the base of Digit 2. Theo will hand over Deepwater Fish for you to give to Natalia. Return to Natalia to hand over the item and complete the quest.
For My Loved One…
Obtained: Speak with Zarkort at the base of Digit 2 after completing the Food Delivery side quest
Objective: Collect a Tear of the Sky from Distant Fingertip on the Fallen Arm (only during a thunderstorm)
The Distant Fingertip is located on the upper level of the Fallen Arm. To reach it, you will need to climb all the way up Digit 2 to the very top. When you go during a thunderstorm, the high level unique enemy will be gone, which will allow you to gather the item. Once collected, return to Zarkort to complete the quest.
I Want to be a Homs!
Obtained: Speak with Rakzet between 6:00 – 6:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Collect 2 Silver Lexos Hearts, 3 Pretty Flamii Legs and 3 Poisonous Corals
The Silver Lexos Hearts are dropped from Lexos in Valak Mountain. The Pretty Flamii Legs are dropped from Kukukoro Flamii on the Fallen Arm near Wreckage Beach. The Poisonous Corals can be found on the ground on the Fallen Arm. Once you collect all the items, return to Rakzet to complete the quest.
Mending Memories
Obtained: Speak with Mixik between 21:00 – 6:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Talk to Kazat and Qofaria about the necessary materials and collect them
Complete the Resolution – Father and Resolution – Mother side quests then speak with Mixik to complete the quest.
Mysterious Noises
Obtained: Speak with Prox between 18:00 – 6:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Investigate the Silver Wreckage on Wreckage Beach on the Fallen Arm
Examine the Silver Wreckage on Wreckage Beach to receive an External Sensor. Afterwards, return to Prox to complete the quest.
Powerless
Obtained: Speak with Rakzet after completing I Want to be a Homs! side quest
Objective: Defeat 4 M35 Prototypes, 4 Aura Antols, 4 Lampo Ponios and 4 Prado Upas on the Fallen Arm
The M35 Prototypes and Lampo Ponios can be found near the Giant Mechonis Debris landmark. The Aura Antols can be found at Digit 1 or in the Transformer Area. The Prado Upas are located in the 5th Pulse Zone. Once all the enemies have been defeated, return to Rakzet to complete the quest.
Power Up!
Obtained: Speak with Rakzet after completing the Powerless side quest
Objective: Collect 5 Silver Antol Fibres that are very rarely dropped by Antols on the Fallen Arm
The Silver Antol Fibres are dropped from Aura Antols, which can be found at Digit 1 or in the Transformer Area. Once you collect all the items, return to Rakzet to complete the quest.
Protect the Village
Obtained: Speak with Eleqa between 6:00 – 18:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Defeat 3 M85 Meteor Artillery units on the Fallen Arm
The M85 Meteor Artillery are located near the Connecting Bridge landmark. Once they have been defeated, return to Eleqa to complete the quest.
Resolution – Father
Obtained: Speak with Kazat between 6:00 – 18:00 in the Hidden Machina Village as part of the Mending Memories side quest
Objective: Collect 2 Flier Bloom Scales
The Flier Bloom Scales are dropped from Happiness Fliers, which can be found near the Giant Mechonis Debris landmark and at Radiocarpea Coast on the Fallen Arm. Once the items have been collected, the quest will complete.
Resolution – Mother
Obtained: Speak with Qofaria between 18:00 – 6:00 in the Hidden Machina Village as part of the Mending Memories side quest
Objective: Collect 3 pieces of Bronze Wood from Mechonis Field
The Bronze Wood can be found on the ground throughout Mechonis Field. Once the items have been collected, the quest will complete.
Save the Machina!
Obtained: Speak with Voltak between 6:00 – 6:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Collect 5 lots of Krabble Back Moss from Oros Krabbles on the Fallen Arm
The Krabble Back Moss is dropped from Oros Krabbles, which can be found on Wreckage Beach. Once you collect all the items, return to Voltak to complete the quest.
Scheduled Inspection
Obtained: Speak with Xekit between 18:00 – 6:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Go to the Ether Exhaust System and eliminate any problems in the area
Travel to the Black Wreckage landmark and head east past Digit 5 Beach to reach the Ether Exhaust System. Once there, you will need to defeat the level 54 unique enemy called Evil Bathin that is accompanied by a level 54 Offensive Seeker Unit and level 55 M85 Meteor Artillery. During battle, other enemies will spawn in so focus your efforts on the unique enemy. When the enemies have been defeated, return to Xekit to complete the quest.
Stop the Mechon Rampage!
Obtained: Speak with Eleqa between 6:00 – 18:00 in the Hidden Machina Village after completing the Protect the Village side quest
Objective: Defeat 10 M56 Prototypes on the Fallen Arm
The M56 Prototypes are located near the Giant Mechonis Debris and Black Wreckage landmarks. Defeat them then return to Eleqa to complete the quest.
Stunted Growth
Obtained: Speak with Orkatix in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Collect a Transmission Bypass, an Exhaust Pump and a Mini Reactor
After you complete Transmission Bypass, The Exhaust Pump and The Mini Reactor side quests, speak with Orkatix to complete the quest.
The Exhaust Pump
Obtained: Speak with Orkatix in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Collect an Exhaust Pump from the Offensive Hover Unit
The Exhaust Pump is dropped from a level 72 Offensive Hover Unit, which can be found near the Black Wreckage landmark. Once you collect the item, the quest will complete.
The History of Mechonis (timed)
Obtained: Speak with Zilex between 6:00 – 6:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Collect 4 Memory 925 Pieces from Mechonis Field
A Memory 925 Piece can be found along the path south of the Left Leg Cooling Outlet landmark on the ground floor. The second piece can be found on the 2nd Lift – 1F. To reach it, climb down the climbable wall on the east side of the area to find the ledge containing the item. The third piece is located on the 3rd floor, southeast of the #F Main Power Switch landmark. To reach it, you will have to activate the power for one of the switches then use the recently powered switch to raise a pillar from the ground that you can use to reach the item. The last item is tough to reach. It is located on the 3rd floor on a ledge of the cliff. To reach it, travel to the Great Battle Scar landmark on the 4th floor. Follow the path west to reach the cliff side then slide down the cliff side to reach the ledge with the item. Once you collect all the pieces, return to Zilex to complete the quest.
The Mini Reactor
Obtained: Speak with Orkatix in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Collect a Mini Reactor from the Experimental M86
The level 75 Experimental M86 can be found near Digit 2 Plain landmark. Once you collect the item, the quest will complete.
The Oath Sword
Obtained: Speak with Karlos between 18:00 – 6:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Find the Oath Sword in the area of the Power Pipe Ruins on the Fallen Arm
In order to speak with Karlos, you will need to have Fiora as the party leader. To reach the Power Pipe Ruins, travel to the Ulna Passage landmark then head west past the doorway leading to the 5th Pulse Zone. Pass the next support beam to find the switch near the next support beam. Activate it to reveal a climbing wall. Climb up the wall and follow the path to reach the Oath Sword. Once you collect the sword, return to Karlos to complete the quest.
The Wilted Flower
Obtained: Speak with Rizaka between 6:00 – 18:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Collect some Pure Water from Zakt Spring on the Fallen Arm
The Pure Water is located at Wreckage Beach. Once collected, return to Rizaka. She will then need you to obtain 5 lots of Electric Upa Tears from Prado Upas. These Upas can be found in the 5th Pulse Zone.
Therapy
Obtained: Speak with Eleqa between 6:00 – 18:00 in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Speak with Eiz
Speak with Eiz four times then return to Eleqa to complete the quest.
To My Loved One… (timed)
Obtained: Speak with Zarkort at the base of Digit 2 after completing the For My Loved One… side quest
Objective: Take the Tear of the Sky to Bozatrox
Bozatrox is located on the 4th floor at the Machina Refuge in Mechonis Field. Speak with her to complete the quest.
Transmission Bypass
Obtained: Speak with Orkatix in the Hidden Machina Village
Objective: Collect a Transmission Bypass from the Offensive Strike Unit
The Transmission Bypass can be dropped from a level 75 Offensive Strike Unit, which can be found near the Black Wreckage landmark. After you collect the item, the quest will complete.
