Explore the House
Head to the second floor of the house to trigger a cutscene.
Get Sleeptite
Craft sleeptite using digitalax (crafted), rubbing alcohol (found in medicine cabinets and dressers), velvety emulsion (crafted), and blood toxin (crafted) if you don’t already have one.
Treat Mr. Ramsay
Head back to Mr. Ramsay and treat him with the sleeptite.
Put Bill Ramsay to Sleep
Treat Bill again to complete the quest.
Get Hallucinex
I never got this objective because of a bug, but was still able to complete the quest.
