How to Begin The Out of Bubble Kelp Quest
To begin the Out of Bubble Kelp side quest, speak with the Business Scrub at the Smoothie Shop east of Seesyde Village near a waterfall.
Out of Bubble Kelp Walkthrough
For the Out of Bubble Kelp side quest, you’ll need to obtain 3 bubble kelp from the ocean. Alternatively, complete the Deliver the Grilled Fish side quest to receive the kelp as a reward or purchase Bubble Kelp for 25 rupees from the Sea Zora Village Shop. Once you’ve gotten the Bubble Kelp, hand it over to the Business Scrub to complete the Out of Bubble Kelp side quest. As a reward, you’ll receive 20 rupees.
