Obtained: Approach the man standing near the river to the west of Kinka Pharmacy during the day and select “What’s up here?” to discover the Gambling Hall. Next, head to Survive Bar and speak with Iroha behind the counter who will give you the password “Lau Chau Chau Ya”.
After the cutscene, head to Zhou Long Trading Company on Ijin Street and speak with the employee. Say the password of “Lau Chau Chau Ya” to gain +10 Intellect then defeat the Distribution Employees in combat. Afterwards, head to Kinka Bridge, which is northwest of Kinka Pharmacy and drop down the ladder as if you were going to the Gambling Hall to find Chau. Speak with Chau on the dock then purchase a weapon (items don’t count). The Sacred Branch is the cheapest option at 450,000 yen. Once you purchase a weapon, walk away from Chau then return and speak with him again.
