Obtained: Chapter 9 – Approach the large group in Hamakita Park near the eastern taxi
After the cutscene, speak with Taka and agree to help him out. Leave the area then return to trigger a cutscene. Afterwards, travel to the objective on W Central St. and inspect Taka’s bike. When you enter the building, a fight will trigger with the yakuza. Defeat them!
