How to Start the Sun’celeg Rises Mission
To begin the Sun’celeg Rises mission in Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition, speak with Sun’barac aboard the Ma-non Ship. The recommended level for this mission is 30.
Sun’celeg Rises Walkthrough
Sun’barac, an Orphean, is requesting help from your team to find out what happened to Sun’celeg.
Gather Info About Sun’celeg from around BLADE Tower
Travel to the BLADE tower (you can take the nearby teleporter if you’re still on the Ma-non ship). You’ll then want to head to the eastern side of the search area near the elevator (south of BLADE Tower). There, you’ll find three BLADEs talking. Walk near them to find the information you’re looking for.
Gather Info About Sun’celeg Around the East Gate
Next, you’ll want to make your way over to the East Gate in the Administrative District. Near the exit, you’ll spot two BLADEs standing guard. Walk past them to onbtain the intel you’ll need.
Talk to Sun’barac
Return to the Ma-non ship and speak with Sun’barac on the deck to relay everything you’ve learned. He’ll then request you travel to Oblivia to pursue our missing bug-man.
Search for Sun’celeg on Oblivia’s Stoyanov Trail
Travel to FN Site 301 at the entrance to Oblivia and head southeast, following the Stoyanov Trail. You’ll catch up to Sun’celeg and the Definian about halfway along the trail. When prompted, deny her request to walk away, leading to a fight against level 30 JS178: Jushe. Defeat her to trigger a cutscene, which concludes with completing the mission.

As a reward for completing the Sun’celeg Rises mission, you’ll receive the following:
