How to Start the Cinicula Assault Mission
To begin the Cinicula Assault mission in Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition, speak with Conner in Sickle Rock Rise of Primordia. This quest becomes available after completing the Welcome Back Conner mission, and the recommended level for this mission is 8.

Hunt the bold cinicula causing trouble for BLADE.
Defeat the bold cinicula in Primordia’s Grieving Plains
The Grieving Plains can be found northwest of NLA. Once there, head just north of the landmark to find the Level 8 Bold Cinicula and defeat it. After you defeat the monster, the Cinicula Assault mission will end.
Completion Rewards
As a reward for completing the Cinicula Assault mission, you’ll receive the following:
- Experience x120
- Reward Money x6,000
- Tank Top (Yellow Camo)
