How to Start the Booming Business Mission
To begin the Booming Business mission in Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition, speak with Regina in the Administrative District. This quest becomes available after completing Chapter 5, and the recommended level for this mission is 26.
Booming Business Walkthrough
Make Regina’s wish a reality in order to secure a spot for L’s shop
Explore 30% of Oblivia
To explore Oblivia, install probes, defeat enemies and collect materials from the ground!
Talk to Regina
After you’ve explored 30% of Oblivia, speak with Regina again.
Gather five pieces of Slimy Epithelium from Sludge Caecuses or others
Travel to FN Site 205 near the Serpentine Pass on the western side of Noctilum to find Level 28 Sludge Caecus. Defeat five of them!
Gather five pieces of Strong Iron in Oblivia
You can find Strong Iron on the ground at Azure Lagoon, Lake Basel, and Oblivia Ingress in Oblivia.
Gather three Zedis Twigs in Oblivia
You can find Zedis Twigs on the ground at Lake Basel in Oblivia.
Head to L’s Shop
Make your way over to the Administrative District and approach L to trigger a cutscene.
Open an augment slot on a piece of equipment
In L’s Shop, select a piece of gear and open an augment slot on in. You’ll need to pay the Miranium cost. Afterwards, the Booming Business mission will end.
Completion Rewards
As a reward for completing the Booming Business mission, you’ll receive the following:
- Experience x180
- Reward Money x10,000
- Dark Suit
L’s Shop will now be open! In this shop, you can add additional augment slots to your gear and Skell if you pay the price with Miranium.
