How to Complete the Wayward Gun Quest
Tediore’s commitment to AI-enhanced firearms at an affordable price has finally given rise to the gunpocalypse we all knew was coming. The fate of Lavandula Camp, perhaps even the whole world, is in your hands.
Kill the… guns?
After accepting the quest, a bunch of guns will spawn. Take them all out, then speak with Bash just west of Dusk’s Advent.
Reach ammo storage
Next, travel along the main road to the southwest.
Disable barrier
When you arrive, you’ll need to disable the barriers. To accomplish this, shoot the generator on the roof of the building.
With your back to this building, enter the house across the way to find the second generator.
Take Catch-tainers
With the barrier disabled, head inside and use the stack of containers. You’ll then need to place them along the main road further to the west.
Trap 5 Tediore offering
Grab the item from the box next to where you put the containers, then throw it at the guns, Pokémon style.
Reach Rock Bottom
Before leaving, cross the road to the other side and capture six more Tediores. When you’re ready, continue along the main road heading southwest.
Kill more… guns?!
Work your way through this area, taking out all the guns. Eventually, Pew will spawn in the middle of a building. Take it out then on that same level, take the ladder up.
From there, jump across to the building and defeat Pewpew.
After you’ve whittled away its health to a point where you can no longer do any damage, melee it!
Reboot GIM core
In the same room with Pewpew, hack the terminal to reboot the GIM core. The mission will then complete.
