How to Start the Visions of Mana Find and Replace Side Quest
To start the Visions of Mana Find and Replace side quest, you’ll need to speak with Windmill Maker Oroshi in Longren, the Vale of Winds. He’ll tell Val he thinks it’s about time to retire and wants to test his two apprentices to take over his work. To that end, he’ll hand you some parts and ask you to deliver them to both of his apprentices.

Hand Over the Replacement Parts
Exit Longren, heading to the Aery Passage, and follow the road northwest to reach the first windmill. Speak with Trainee Windmill Maker Shigueri near its base to hand over the part for the windmill and also give her Oroshi’s instructions.
To reach the second windmill, travel southeast from Shigueri, and you’ll spot it in the distance next to the mountain. Make your way there and speak with Trainee Windmill Maker Arashee—hand over the part and his master’s message.
Return to the Quest Giver
Now that both parts have been delivered, return to Windmill Maker Oroshi in Longren. This will complete the quest, and you’ll be rewarded with the Healing Light Ability Seed, which grants the use of the Healing Light ability when equipped.
