To begin the Vicious News Cycle: Mine Time Live, approach the island west of the Wildhorn’s Beard safehouse in the Ruined Sumplands.
Shoot bomb off of William’s head
Standing where you are, shoot the bomb off of William’s head. Once you do, the quest will complete!
Vicious News Cycle: Hot Tag Walkthrough
To begin the Vicious News Cycle: Hot Tag, travel just south of Moxxi’s Bottoms Up in the Ruined Sumplands and speak with Penelope Streams.
Enter ring
Hop into the ring to face off against Bowel Buster, a Badass Psycho.
You must only use melee attacks to whittle away his health. When his health gets low, tag in Dave. After he finishes off the Bowel Buster, the quest will complete.
Vicious News Cycle: Cannon Fodder Walkthrough
To begin the Vicious News Cycle: Cannon Fodder, travel just south of Crumblehall in the Grindstone of the Worthy. Once there, speak with Penelope again.

Next, jump down and spin the wheel. When you are ready, launch Zink!
