After making the Restorative Delivery, board the ship to the Secluded Shore where you’ll find these shards on the west side.

Southeast of town along the river
Silphakom Town
East of town then hug the rocks
Fortified City of Solvaquad
From the city, head east along the road then turn south at the encampment and hug the cliffs to find these shards in the woods just north of Fort Plaine.
Voronagru Town
Southwest of town along the cliff
Chogoraport Town
West of town
Zagavona Harbor
Liberate harbor then complete the Restoration Deliveries. Board the ship then take it to the Secluded Shore.
