The Winding Wood main quest will automatically begin after finishing The Priestess, Abducted main quest.
How to Complete The Winding Wood
Travel to the Bellum Ghoria Hamlet in the southwestern part of Cornia Region. From there, head southwest to the Winding Wood.
After the cutscene finishes, the quest will complete.

For completing The Winding Wood in Unicorn Overlord, you’ll receive the following rewards:
