How to Start the Trial of Second Sight Quest
To begin the Trial of Second Sight shrine quest in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, speak with Zooki in the southwestern part of the Korok Forest. Tell him you’re there to attempt his Korok Trial. His trial requires that you keep going and not get lost in the mist.
To make it through, he’ll give you a little hint:
- The hungry trees will show you the way. Spy their iron to win the day.
How to Complete the Trial of Second Sight Quest
Pass the Trial
To reach the end of the trail, equip your Magnesis rune and activate it to see the iron in the mouths of the trees. You’ll then spot the first one nearby.
- From that tree, head left toward the next iron tree.
- When you reach the second iron tree, head right to spot the next one over a hill.
- At the third tree, look to the left to see the fourth one.
- From the fourth tree, look back and to the right of it to see the next one.
- When you arrive at the fifth tree, look to the right to spot the next tree.
- Keep following the path until you reach the rock with a shield on it
- Put the shield in the mouth of the tree, behind it
- Loot the chest and place it on the raft
- Move the raft to the island using a Korok Leaf
- Put the chest in the mouth of the tree on the island
After you place the chest in the mouth of three, the shrine will emerge from the ground nearby, completing the quest!
