For this quest, you’ll need to find the totem core and other items needed to restore the Huntmaster’s Spoils. Totem of Perserverance Guide
How to Start the Totem of Perseverance Quest
To begin the Totem of Perseverance side quest in Avowed, find one of the below totem fragments. Alternatively, purchase the Fragments of the Spoils from Yorgu’s General Wares in Solace Keep for 500 gold.
Find the Totem Core
You’ll find The Huntmaster’s Spoils, the god shrine totem base, at the Shrine to Galawain.
Find the Antler of the Persevering Stag
This totem fragment can be found on the west side of the bridge leading to the Bridge to the Garden. When facing the bridge leading to the Bridge to the Garden, drop down the ledges to the right to find it resting next to a corpse.
Find the Antler of the Pursued Stag
This totem fragment can be found directly north of the Primordial Depths North Beacon. When you exit the cave, you’ll see a structure in front of you that looks like a warden tower.
From there, head right (west). On the right, there will be a magical barrier that you’ll need Yatzli to dispel.
In the tunnel, take a left to find some vines covering a doorway. Set them on fire then head through the doorway to find the fragment on an altar.
Find the Wolf’s Pelt Trophy
The Wolf’s Pelt Trophy can be found at Ash Forest Outpost.
Find the Hunter’s Arrows of Seeking
After fighting the boss atop Mt. Forja Summit during the Our Dreams Divide Us Still main story, head to the right of the Adra Pillar and follow the path to find the Hunter’s Arrows of Seeking next to a chest.
Find the Hunter’s Arrows of Slaying
This fragment can be found in the northwestern Slumbering Fields.
From the beacon, head north, passing under the archway, then follow the path around to the left. Head under the second archway. When the path reaches a T, take a left and pass under the third archway. Straight ahead and slightly to the left, climb up to the rock ledge. Jump to the next higher ledge, then look to your right at the top of the ledge to see into the structure where the chest is.
Find the Hunter’s Arrows of Surviving
From the above Antler of the Persevering Stag totem fragment, exit to the Pargrun Cache. Head east, following along the lava river. At the end on the left, enter the structure. The Hunter’s Arrows of Surviving will be on the altar.
Restore the Huntmaster’s Spoils
Travel to any party camp and find the stone with candles on it. Interact with the bottom right section to place the base of the totem. Once you’ve done that, place all the fragments on it to trigger an event. Once it concludes, the quest will complete. As a reward, you’ll receive buffs from each of the fragments you received.
