Digimon Story Time Stranger Tokomon Field Guide

Tokomon Overview (In-Game Profile)
A small Digimon with four limbs growing out of the bottom of its body (head?). These limbs, which are highly unusual on an In-Training Digimon, give Tokomon a unique and extremely cute look.
However, that cuteness can be deceptive, and anyone who reaches out to pet Tokomon may be in for a surprise as it quickly opens its mouth and bites down with its rows of sharp teeth. Tokomon has an innocent personality, though, and doesn’t mean any real harm.

To add Tokomon as a partner in Digimon Story Time Stranger, you’ll need to find and scan this Digimon while exploring the Human and Digital Worlds. When you encounter the Digimon, the game will automatically scan it.
Once the scan percentage reaches 100%, you’ll be able to convert your own version of this Digimon. The scan percentage can go as high as 200%, and the closer you are to that maximum when converting, the higher the Digimon’s Max HP and Talent base stats will be.
You can find Tokomon at the listed locations:
- Shinjuku Underground Waterway
- North Block
Additionally, you can digivolve a lower-generation Digimon or de-digivolve a higher-generation Digimon into Tokomon. Refer to the Tokomon Digivolution section below for more information.
Tokomon Digivolution
Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.
Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.
De-Digivolution
In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:
- Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
- Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.
Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.
Tokomon can de-digivolve into the following forms:
