How to Start the To Lift the Town’s Spirits Quest
To begin the To Lift the Town’s Spirits quest in Octopath Traveler 0, speak with the boy outside the tavern in Donescu after completing the Bestower of Power: Ch. 3 Tatloch the Lady of Grace quest. You will also need to have recruited Goodwin and Saorise for this quest!
To Lift the Town’s Spirits Walkthrough
The people of Donescu have experienced great suffering and loss, and many have lost their will to live. Surely there is something that can be done to lift their spirits.
Talk to the people of Wishvale
Since the citizens of Wishvale were in a similar circumstance, you’ll decide to ask them for help! Travel to Wishvale and enter the tavern to trigger a cutscene.
Round up actors in Theatropolis
After brainstorming ideas, travel to Theatropolis in the Flatlands Region and speak with the lady near the memorial stone.
Use the Recruit Path Action on Rilie the Actress to acquire her as a helper. Next, enter the Amphitheater and use the Recruit Path Action on Milos the Playwright in the seating area.
Head to Donescu
With your actors recruited, return to Donescu to watch the play.
The side story will end with the townspeople’s spirits lifted. As a reward, you will receive the Blissful Amulet and the Cat’s Eye.
