Go See Nunokawa
Make your way to the Sotenbori Footpath and locate Nunokawa, who can be identified by his yellow construction hat.
Gather Money
To recruit Nunokawa, you’ll need to gather a significant amount of money – a whopping 1,000,000 yen! Once you have the money, speak with Nunokawa again to hand it over. Unfortunately, he won’t physically accept the money!
Go See the Foreman
As a result, you’ll need to deliver the money directly to the foreman. Head east for a short distance and look for a man wearing a yellow construction vest sitting on a bench. Engage in a conversation with him. He’ll demand more money, leading to a fight with Nunokawa. Defeat him, and the boss will call in reinforcements. Clear them out as well! The Liberate the Hammer Man request will then be completed. As a reward, you’ll receive 4,000 pts. and Nunokawa will officially join your team!
