How to Start The Targeted Cosplayer
First, you must purchase the Digimon Story Time Stranger – Costume Pack DLC or the Costume Chosen Children Set DLC. Once downloaded, you’ll need to push through the main story until you reach the Truth Born from an Egg main mission.
When you’ve reached that mission, Hiroko will message the Agent about a missing coplayer through the Digiline.
The Targeted Cosplayer Side Mission Walkthrough
Talk to Hiroko Sagisaka

Begin by traveling to the Shinjuku Park: Waterfall Plaza area in Nishi-Shinjuku. Once you arrive, interact with the nearby prompt to call Hiroko to start the investigation. She’ll show up and tell you about a tip she got that a cosplayer went missing in this area. To get more details, she wants to start by questioning the tipster.
Walk Around the Part in the Chosen Children Outfit

Following the conversation with the tipster, open your Digivice, head to the Agent tab, and select ‘Costumes’ from the list. You’ll then want to equip the Chosen Children Outfit. If you really want to get into it, also add Agumon or Greymon to your party!
Once you’re dressed to the nines, head to the center of the area to trigger an event where a portal opens up and sucks you in.

Inside the portal, you’ll find the missing cosplayer. After checking up on her, a Tuskmon will attack.
Defeat the Tuskmon

For this fight, you’ll be facing the Level 10 Tuskmon: a Champion gen, Virus attribute Digimon with the Dinosaur type. It’s weak to Plant and Ice skills while resisting Electric and Earth skills. Vaccine Digimon like Ikkakumon, Kojyamon, and Frigimon would be helpful here.
Tuskmon’s Attacks
- Slamming Tusk – Performs a Null physical attack at power 85 (80% ACU)
- Lunatic Gate II – Performs a Null physical attack that targets all enemies
After you beat the Digimon, an event will trigger, leading to the completion of the side mission.
