To begin The Statue’s Bargain side quest in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, speak with the Horned Statue on the north side of Firly Pond at Hateno Village.
How to Complete The Statue’s Bargain Quest
The horned statue in Hateno Village took one of your containers! The only thing to do is talk to him and try to convince him to give it back.
Get Your Container Back
When you’re ready to start the negotiation, approach the horned statue and pray to it. You’ll be given a choice between retrieving a heart container or a stamina container—we chose to reclaim a heart container!
Next, the statue will ask you to sell it an essence of the chosen type for 100 rupees. Keep in mind that if you decide to buy the essence back later, the price increases to 120 rupees, so plan wisely.
Once the negotiation is complete and the essence is exchanged, the side quest will officially conclude, leaving you with your reclaimed container and a fun story about striking a bargain with Hateno’s mysterious horned statue.
