Completing The Royal White Stallion
Tame the White Horse
To find the white horse, you’ll need to travel to Safula Hill, which you’ll reach by following the main road north of the stables across Manhala Bridge, then to Safula Hill. Between there and Sanidin Park Ruins, you’ll see a white horse wandering around. Sneak up behind the stallion to mount it. You’ll then need to spam the soothe button to calm the horse down. It will take about two full bars of stamina to do this.
You can equip the Stealth Armor set to make sneaking up on the horse easier if you are having trouble.

Once you have the horse under control, lead it back to the Outskirt Stable, where you’ll want to speak with Embry behind the counter. You’ll then be able to register the newly caught steed for 20 rupees. Also, make sure to take the horse with you.
Now that that’s taken care of, ride over and speak with Toffa, who will be overjoyed to see the horse. As a thank you, you’ll receive the Royal Saddle and Royal Bridle, which leads to the completion of the quest.
