What Are Advanced Decryption Keys

An Advanced Decryption Key is a key used to open High Security Lockboxes from the dispenser on the Incognito. These lockboxes contain valuable loot that will help make your journey easier, and you will come across them while traveling through Arcadia, trying to find a way to close the rift threatening the system.

Where to Find Advanced Decryption Keys

Advanced Decryption Keys can be found around Arcadia. You can find them in out-of-the-way locations or receive them as rewards for completing some of the quests throughout the game. This section will cover where to find Advanced Decryption Keys, separating them by the planet or moon where they can be found.

Eden – Paradise Island Advanced Decryption Keys

Advanced Decryption Key 1

The first key you’ll come across will be on Paradise Island. From the landing pad, follow along the water heading northeast, and swing right along the ocean. This will bring you a building on the water where people will be fishing.

Head inside the building to find the key on a table next to the radio.

Advanced Decryption Key 2

You can purchase an Advanced Decryption key from the More Perfect Goods shop in Fairfield on Eden’s Paradise Island for 1,000 bits.

Advanced Decryption Key 3

The next Advanced Decryption Key is obtained as a quest reward for completing the Diabolical Drones of Doom task.

Advanced Decryption Key 4

Another Advanced Decryption Key can be found at Sovereign’s Sweet Spire Grove, atop the stuck Harvester platform. It will be on a crate in the northern part of the platform. You’ll need to progress the A Final Death for Gravity quest to reach it.

Advanced Decryption Key 5

This Advanced Decryption Key is given as a reward for completing the Schemes of the Secret Smugglers side quest.

Advanced Decryption Keys 6 & 7

To find this Advanced Decryption Key, travel along the beach southwest of Crabble Farm to the very southern point of Paradise Island. There you’ll find a building that has been sealed. To restore power, you must head to the substation up the path to the northwest.

Once there, head to the southeastern side of the station to find a building with a ladder.

Climb up the ladder and use one of the following to power up the station:

• Engineering 3
• Innovative Trait
• Substation Repair Kit
  • Inside the building, it requires Sneak 2 or Nimble trait to enter through the side grate

After powering up the station, climb down the ladder and head into the building it’s attached to. Inside, use the machine to charge the fuse, then take it. Exit the building and head to the building diagonally across the station.

Insert the Charged Substation Fuse into the receptacle to the left of the door, then head inside. On the table, grab the Corrosive Shock Machine Gun.

Next, return to the building along the coast and head inside to find the Advanced Decryption Key on the table by the bed.

In the back of this building, open the safe to find another Advanced Decryption Key.

Advanced Decryption Key 8

This key can be found on a table inside a building with a faulty door along the western coast, northwest of Fairfield. To open the door, you will need any one of the following:

• Brawny Trait
• Engineering 1
• Hack 3 (on the left wall of the building)

Advanced Decryption Key 9

You’ll come across this key at a campsite in the hills west of Westport. You can find it near one of the tents.

Advanced Decryption Key 10

The Advanced Decryption Key can be found in the main terminal room in the Ministry of Accuracy on Floor 1.

It will be on a table in the same room as the High Security Lockbox.

Advanced Decryption Key 11

You can purchase an Advanced Decryption Key from the Requisitions Mech in Westport for 1,000 bits.

Advanced Decryption Key 12 and 13

The Hazel’s Automated Wares and Repairs shop at the Euphoria Coast Automech Repair Center will offer two Advanced Decryption Keys for 1,000 bits each.

Advanced Decryption Key 14

Another Advanced Decryption Key can be purchased from the Human Repair Center (Doctor) at the Euphoria Coast Automech Repair Center for 1,000 bits.

Advanced Decryption Key 15

This Advanced Decryption Key can be found on the shelving unit next to the workbench in the restricted section on the northern side of Westport.

Advanced Decryption Key 16

This Advanced Decryption Key can be found in a chest at a power station to the northwest of The Bridge of the Reverent. If you have Engineering 3, you can open the front door. If not, head to the northwestern side of the power station to find some rocks that you can use to hop the fence.

Once inside, be mindful of the dragoon! To remove the electricity guarding the chest on the northeastern side of the station, follow the cord to the switch!

Advanced Decryption Key 17

You’ll receive this Advanced Descryption Key from the chest at the end of the Who Else But Us side quest.

Advanced Decryption Keys 18 & 19

These Advanced Decryption Keys can be found in the locker of the secret room at the end of The Saboteur of Paradise main mission.
