Welcome to our The One in a Million mission guide for RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business! In this walkthrough, we’ll cover everything you need to do to earn an A rank on your RoboCop Evaluation Report by completing all key objectives, saving hostages, and uncovering hidden evidence.

The One in a Million Walkthrough

Police Work – Pieces of Crime Evidence Collected

While searching around, you’ll need to keep an eye out for crime evidence to collect. Your goal is to reach 600 points of evidence by the end of The One in a Million objective. Crime evidence includes:

• Fake ID Cards
• Nuke
• Stolen Wallets
• Fake Money
• Incriminating Photos/Documents
• Stolen Handbags

These can spawn everywhere—so stay alert and scan frequently.

OCP Chest #1

When you reach the apartments, you’ll find the chest past the “Keep Out” sign at the end of the hallway across from S-1 RO8.

Secondary Objective – Gold Rush

After you reach the fountain and complete the investigation there, the objective will update to follow the footprints to three different areas. To start the Gold Rush, you’ll need to head to the Relaxation Zone and speak with the inhabitants in the Security Room. They will ask RoboCop to eliminate the enemies that are blocking the escape route. You’ll then head to an open courtyard filled with multiple floors and apartments on the outside. Defeat all of the enemies there. This will cause the Toothless Resident to appear on the ground level. Speak with him, and he’ll request that RoboCop help him find his missing gold tooth.

Search the planter with a body. Scan the object to the left of the body to find the missing gold tooth. Next, scan the body to learn that it was missing a tooth. Afterwards, speak with the Toothless Resident and tell him that you found a tooth. You’ll then be able to issue him a ticket or a warning.

PCB

In the security room, you’ll find this PCB.

Secondary Objective – Movie Night

In the arcade just past the security room, speak with the Worried Brother to start the Movie Night secondary objective. Next, head over to the cinema. Head through the employees-only entrance near the entrance to the theater.

Take a right then go down the hallway. At the end on the left, breach the door to find the brother. Approach him then carry him back to his brother to complete the Movie Night objective.

Misc. – Day 15

This letter can be found on the counter behind the concession stand.

Police Work – Arcade Hostages

Save all the hostages at the end of the Relaxation Zone. They will be on the upper level of the arcade on the eastern side in an office.

Safe

Enter the storage room in the back of the above office to find a safe on the floor. You’ll need Engineering Level 6 or examine the sticky note on the back of the door to get the code. Inside we found evidence!

Secondary Objective – Prescription for Disaster

This objective can be found in the postal service room in the mall after disabling the giant automated turret.

For this objective, the drug dispenser is jammed so the residents cannot access their medication. They need your help to resolve their problem. To begin, speak with the residents who are arguing. Head over to the locker and smash it!

You’ll then need to decide who the drug belongs to or that you’re not qualified to make this decision.

OCP Chest #2

From the mall, head back towards the fountain after disabling the turret.

In the room with some fallen storage shelves, you’ll find this chest on a wooden ramp.

Secondary Objective – “Cool” Hideout

Head through the door in the main dining hall next to the bathroom. Next, head all the way down the hallway to hear someone calling out for help. To find the code, return down the hallway to the main eating area. Take a left then head through the door to the left of the bar.

Go through the first door on the right. Look to the left to find a bulletin board with a posted note in the middle.

Now that you have the code, rush back to the freezer to unlock it before the people freeze to death.

OCP Chest #3

This chest can be found in a side room off the main path in the Food Hall.

OCP Chest #4

This chest can be found along the main path just after fighting another machine gunner. It will be in front of an “open” sign.

OCP Chest #5

This chest can be found just past the saloon near a set of stairs.
