How to Start The Missing Brother Quest
To begin The Missing Brother quest in Octopath Traveler 0, speak with the person in front of the inn in Atlasdam after completing the Bestower of Fame: Ch. 2 Sacred Ashes quest.
The Missing Brother Walkthrough
It seems Delitia’s brother has been spotted in Atlasdam. Visit the town and seek him out.
Lend an ear at the Atlasdam tavern
On the trail of Delitia’s brother, travel to the tavern at Atlasdam and speak with the lady to the right of the counter.
Gather information about Delitia’s brother
Next, travel to Flamesgrace in the Frostlands Region. Once there, speak with the person outside the inn. After learning that her brother could be sick, enter the inn and speak with the lady upstairs.
Following the clues, head to Donescu in the Riverlands Region. Once there, approach the save point to trigger a cutscene where you’ll finally find Fortis!
Chase after Fortis
After hearing Fortis’ explanation, follow him west to the East Cyphlo Banks. Make your way to the southern part of the area to encounter the man who rushed by.

Once you defeat the enemies, you’ll receive Finisher’s Claws and Cat’s Eye. The side story will also finish.
