Welcome to NGB and our Kingdom Come Deliverance II walkthrough for The Lion’s Crest task! This guide will cover everything you need to know to easily complete this quest, including how to start the mission and the steps you will need to take to finish it.

How to Start The Lion’s Crest Quest
This quest is a pre-order bonus!
During the Wedding Crashers main quest, speak with the Scribe in Troskowitz and ask him about the legend. Afterwards, The Lion’s Crest task will begin. You’ll also receive the Sketch – Brunswick’s poleaxe recipe.
You will need a spade for this quest!
The Lion’s Crest Walkthrough
Solve the riddle and find a piece of Brunswick’s armour
Travel to Chapel in the Rocks, which is north of Trosky Castle.
Once there, push aside the shrine then start digging to find a box. Loot everything inside to find the following things:
- Brunswick’s dagger
- Brunswick’s gauntlets
- Fragments from the Bible
- Several other things
You’ll also get Brunswick’s Map I and Brunswick’s Map II.
Find a piece of Brunswick’s armour by the two trees
Travel west to the Wolf Hunting Spot. Once there, you’ll need to fight off a pack of four wolves! When the area is clear, look to the right of the wolves’ lair to find two trees with exposed roots close to each other.
Loot the sack between these trees to find the following items:
- Brunswick’s chainmail coif
- Brunswick’s plate leg armour
- Brunswick’s caparison
- Food
You’ll also get Brunswick’s Map III.
Find a piece of Brunswick’s armour at the crosses on the rock
Travel northeast of Vidlak Pond to find a giant rock with a log fallen against it.
Climb up the log then open the chest at the base of the cross to find the following items:
- Brunswick’s plate sleeves
- Saviour Schnapps
- Bandages x3
You’ll also get Brunswick’s Map IV.
Find a piece of Brunswick’s armour near the old skeleton
Travel to Cross and Skeleton, which can be found in the forest north of Zhelejov Wagoners’ Inn. Once there, look for a cross on a hilltop. Nearby, you’ll find a skeleton leaning against a tree!
Loot its sack to find the following items:
- Brunswick’s brigandine
- Food
Find a piece of Brunswick’s armour at the stone cairn
Travel to the Treasure Hunters’ Camp in the woods east of the Nomads’ Camp. Once there, watch out for the three ruffians as you look for a pile of rocks with a cross on top.
It will be located on the northwest side of their camp. Explore the cairn to get the following items:
- Brunswick’s bascinet
- Shrinking die
- Worn rosary
After you’ve looted the items, The Lion’s Crest quest will complete!
