How to Start The Axe from the Lake Quest
To begin The Axe from the Lake task in Kingdom Come Deliverance II, speak with Zdenyek the Mouth at the tavern in Tachov.
You will need a spade for this quest!
The Axe from the Lake Walkthrough
Find the axe from the story
First, travel to the pier, which is the brown dock jutting out into the lake.
Next, follow the path northeast to find an old oak tree.
Continue down the path to find a big stone just off the main path.
Next, follow the path north. At the top of the hill, look to the left to find the grave overlooking the lake below.
Once you’ve located the grave, start digging then loot the white sack.
Repair the axe from the tale
To repair the axe, you must first complete The Blacksmith’s Son side quest to gain access to the forge and learn how to use it. Once able, head to the forge and start smithing to repair the axe!
Tell Zdenyek about the axe
Speak with Zdenyek, who you’ll find walking around Tachov. Afterward, The Axe from the Lake quest will end, and you’ll get to keep the axe.
