How to Start Horse Drawn Dreams
To begin the Horse-Drawn Dreams in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, travel to the New Serenne Stable and speak with Zumi there. She’ll talk to Link about wanting a horse-drawn wagon, but she only has a busted wagon to start with. Link will agree to make her dream come true.
Completing Horse Drawn Dreams
For this quest, you’ll need to repair Zumi’s busted wagon and find a horse to pull it.
Fix the Wagon
Start by fixing up Zumi’s wagon. You’ll find the needed wheels around the stable. Grab all four of them and bring them back by the wagon. You’ll then need to use your Fuse arm ability to stick the wheel on the sides of the wagon.
Find a Horse
Now that the wagon has been repaired, it’s time to track down a horse. To find one, head northeast of the stable to the North Hyrule Plain. There should be a few grazing around that area. Pick one out and then sneak up from behind and mount it. Once you’ve calmed it down, take it back to Zumi. This will trigger an event where the wagon will be completed and Link will receive a Silver Rupee for his effort, completing the side quest.
