How to Start the Tandem Access memory Quest
To begin the Tandem Access memory side mission in Borderlands 4, speak with Pickett Fenster at The Thirst Scrap in The Low Leys.
How to Complete the Tandem Access memory Quest
Many people pay a lot of money to engage in unusual activities on this planet. What business is it of yours if they want to zonk out on secondhand bolts? All you have to do is look the other way and get paid.
Kill bolt donors
To find the bolt donors, travel to Checkpoint Taupe. Once you arrive, take out the enemies, then collect three bolts that drop from them. Afterwards, head to the next objective and kill the bolt donors again until you have collected all three bolts.
Talk to Pickett
After acquiring all the bolts, return to Pickett at The Thirst Scrap and hand over the bolts. Next, grab the bolts and enter the back room.
Place bolts on desk or destroy mind swirl machine
If you choose to destroy the mind swirl machine, shoot the TV in the room.
The side mission will then end.
