How to obtain The Nameless Village quest

To begin The Nameless Village quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2, speak with Captain Brant after doing some of his quests.

The Nameless Village Objectives

Investigate the false Sovran and report to Brant

For this quest, you’ll need to travel to the far east of Vernworth. When following along the main road to reach the objective, you’ll find that it’s blocked by a rockslide. To circumvent this obstacle, head south towards the Eastern Forest then swing back around to the main road. Upon entering the village, Srail will warn you away. Ignore his warning and continue into the village. Interact with the woman who starts following you. She’ll offer up some advice! Near the inn you’ll find a little girl. Follow her up the hill and into the house and she’ll disappear behind a locked door. Exit the house and take a left. Go up the hill and speak with Flaude in the Old Noble Manor. From the riftstone, head northeast along the road. In the second house you’ll find the Folded Letter on a table. Retrieve it then bring it to Flaude to learn the meaning of “brass” in the letter.

Head outside the Old Noble’s Manor on the west side to find a ladder going down into the ground.

Climb down it to reach the Nameless Village Depths. Follow along the path to reach a cavern with 3 giant see-saws in the middle of the room.

Use them to jump across the gap, then drop the ladder down on the other side. Proceed to the next area to find another group of see-saws but this time with swinging nets filled with rocks. Again use the see-saw to reach the other side while timing it just right to not get taken out by the rocks. Follow the path forward to reach a door then head through it.

Speak with Srail there and exhaust all of his dialog options to finally learn something about the False Sovran. You’ll also receive Darragh’s Bill of Arrest as evidence to use against him. Exit the room through the door to his left to leave the area, but don’t be shy about looting the chests in the next room on your way out. With the evidence in hand, return to Brant in at the Stardrop Inn in Vernworth. As a reward, you’ll receive Dragon’s Gaze and 7500G.
