You’ll be able to accept the request from the Bulleting Board in Xion after completing the requests listed below:
How to Complete the Missing Wife Request
This request has you looking for the requestor’s missing wife, Donna who was last seen heading off into the Wasteland. Once you’re in the Wasteland, follow the path heading west from the Supply Camp near the Xion map transition. As you reach the open area, you’ll see a pair of bodies on the right with one leaning against a rock. Interact with that one to receive Amanda’s Memory.
Once you’ve done that interact with the other one to receive Donna’s Memory which will satisfy the request objective. Take them both back to the Bulletin Board to complete the request and receive your rewards.
