Below is a walkthrough for the Give a Boy a Fish… side quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. To obtain this quest, speak with Avan in the Plaza after completing A Life Worth Dying For main quest.
Catch 1 Fish in the Great Forest
Fast travel to the Fishing Spot in the Great Forest (area after Great Tree Glade signpost). Once there, head to the left side and fish. Once you receive the Large Fish, return to Avan in the Plaza and speak with him to complete the quest.
