For this Akame Network request, you’ll need to look for a bunch of guys in red hanging around a parking lot on West Shofukucho across the street from Wild Jackson Sotenbori. After you interact with them, they’ll want to fight so take them out!
Afterwards, open your map to reveal 3 new locations that you’ll need to visit to put a stop to the Red Peacocks! At each location, take out the group of red clad men.
Once all the groups have been dealt with, the boss of the Red Peacocks will show is face. Travel to the southwestern parking lot near the Kiss Shot Billiards & Bar. When you arrive, speak with the group. This will of course lead to another fight. Yet again wipe them out to complete the Vanquish the Red Peacocks request!
