How to start Superior Scrimshaw
Speak with the Craftsman, who can be found north down the road from Galeo Swordsop in the Merchants’ Bazaar of Port Brilehaven.
Superior Scrimshaw Quest Details
The Craftsman will tell you how he takes pride in his exacting detail and peerless skill by transforming monster horns into beautiful ornaments. He’ll then say that he is having issues with the weak horns he currently has and requires a stronger one. He’ll then mention a Forsaken Tower where there is a giant called Orgas with a mighty horn called the Ebony Horn.

Gather Intel
If you wish to be more prepared, travel to the Greatest Catch tavern in Angler’s Inn Square and speak with the Seasoned Man to purchase the “Fiend of the Forsaken Tower” intel. You’ll learn the location of the Forsaken Tower in addition to a powerful giant, the Orgas, that calls it home. This beast will power up and then unleash a strong attack on the next turn. You’ll want to keep your defense up to stop you from getting overwhelmed. Additionally, if you remove its buff while this is happening, the damage from the attack will be reduced. The Orgas is also weak to Dark attacks.
Ascend the Forsaken Tower
Return to your Gauntlet Runner, and then set a course for the Forksaken Tower. When you arrive, you’ll need to ascend all 8 floors to reach the Orgas at the top. As the intel said, you’ll want to make sure you bring some Archetypes that will give you access to dark attacks and the ability to debuff the enemy. Once it falls, you’ll receive the Ebony Horn. Deliver the Ebony Horn
Now that you have the horn, return it to the Craftsman at the Merchant’s Bazaar in Port Brilehaven for delivery. This will trigger a quick event leading to the completion of the quest.
Rewards
As a reward for completing this quest, you’ll receive 25,000 reeve and 4 points in the Courage Royal Virtue.
