Welcome to NGB and our guide on the Starfield Shattered Space Lost and Found mission. This guide will walk you through starting the mission and detail the necessary steps for its completion. How to Start the Lost and Found Mission
To start the Lost and Found mission, you’ll need to travel to the Halls of Healing in Dazra on planet Va’ruun’kai of the Kavnyk System. Once there, locate and speak with Vassilis Voria, who will ask you to check up on some of the elderly Va’ruun.

Meet with Reigen Ueda
Travel to Ueda House just down the stairs before the Halls of Obedience, then head inside. Once inside, speak with Reigen Ueda, who doesn’t seem to remember much. Tell him you’ve never met before (or lie and say he owes you 500 credits) to learn that he’s lost some important things: his keycard and Socks, his plushie. To get him to take his medicine, agree to help him.
(Optional) Help Reigen Clean Up
To make the search for things easier, start by helping Reigen clean up. You’ll want to grab any cardboard boxes or papers lying around on the group you find and dump them in the blue trash in the corner of the main room.
Search for Clues Regarding Reigen’s Missing Item
With all the trash cleaned up, you’ll find multiple files of Reigen’s Log around his house. Make sure to listen to each one at the locations listed below:
- Reigen’s Log: Let’s Organize! – Nightstand next to his bed
- Reigen’s Log: Plants – On the shelf to the right of the main entrance
- Reigen’s Log: Don’t Leave things in the cooking pit! – On the table in the main room near cooking pit
- Reigen’s Log: Vase – Cabinet to the left of the main entrance
- Reigne’s Log: Too many notes! – In a giant pot in the main room under Socks
Once you’ve done that, head to his room’s bathroom and find a duck in the sink. Grab Reigen’s Closet Keycard under it.
Examine Reigen’s Closet
Now that we have the keycard, use it to unlock the closet and read the last log, “Reigen’s Log: Let’s Play Music!” inside. When you are done, grab the music box.
Speak with Reigen
Return to Reigen and speak with him to show him the music box. He’ll then request that you play it. To do so, go into your inventory (check recent items), find it, and then play it. This will trigger more dialog with Reigen, where you’ll learn why he hasn’t taken his medication. He’ll also request that you keep the music box.
Return to Vassilis
Now that we’ve taken care of Reigen return to Vassilis at the Halls of Healing. Let him know about Reigen to complete the mission. You’ll be given 100 EXP and some credits as a reward. Additionally, Vassilis will ask you to stop by in a couple of days for more work.
