How to Start the Loose Ends Mission
Loose Ends is one of the missions you can pick up at Neon on Volii Alpha in the Volii System. To start it, approach the city to witness Neshar Omani being apprehended by security.
Loose Ends Walkthrough
Speak to Neshar in Jail
Travel to Neon Security HQ in the Neon Core then head back to the cells and interact with his cell door to start the conversation. Agree to hear Neshar out then agree to deliver his package for him.
Talk to the Sleepcrate Manager
Exit the HQ and head through the Ebbside door next to enhance. You’ll then need to continue heading straight to find manager Izna on the right.
Speak with her and say you need access to Neshar Osmani’s sleep crate then use the code he gave you. She’ll give you access to the crate (C153) then you’ll be able to head inside and the package from a chest.
Speak to Yannick Legrande
Now that you got the package, return to Neon Core and head for Legrande’s Liquors.
Speak with Yannick inside, then tell him Neshar sent you (might have to pick an option or two to get there first). After some more dialog, he’ll ask if you want to do a job for him. He needs you to get rid of a guy named Felix.
Find Felix Sadler
To find Felix, travel to Warehouse 01 down the stairs behind the Sleep Crate you went to earlier.
After entering, you’ll be attacked by some members of the syndicate. Deal with them then head up to the office to find Felix. Talk with him then either tell him to leave or attack him. The choice is yours! When that’s done, return to Yannick to complete the mission. You’ll get 50 EXP and some credits.
