For the Disturbing Reports intel, head to the Thieves’ Quarter and listen in to the conversation between the Pyke and merchant at Selik Mynnabah’s shop.
Strange Artifacts
Speak with Selik and purchase the Spice Runner’s Amulet from him.
Hidden Spice
Bring the item back to the lady in Viska’s shop and report what has been happening to complete the Real Black Market.
