How to Start the Smuggling Route Intel
To begin the Smuggling Route intel, listen to the conversation by sitting on a bench near a fountain on the south side of Artisan’s Row.
Smuggling Route Walkthrough
After completing The Scavenger expert quest, follow the river to reach the southwestern river in Stormhollow where the objective is.
At the objective, follow the path to reach a climbable wall on the right.
At the top, use your ion blaster to shoot the conductor above the switch for the ladder then send Nix across.
You’ll need to continually shoot the conductor until Nix pushes the button. Climb back down then head up the ladder to find the chest! Open the chest to receive a Red Scarf for Nix.
