To begin the Stalking an Associate of Angry Ascendance task in The Outer Worlds 2, you must interact with the terminal in the secret room of Agent de Vries’ house during The Saboteur of Paradise main quest to learn that Savannah, a former confidant of de Vries, is hiding out in an abandoned chapel near Fairfield.

Confront Savannah at the Order of the Ascendant Chapel
To find the Excogitation Chapel, travel northeast of Fairfield.
Once you arrive at the chapel, head inside.
If you have the Pickpocketing perk, jump over the bench she is sitting on and steal Savannah’s Journal.
Speak with Savannah and exhaust all her dialog options. If you have Savannah’s Journal, you’ll have additional dialog options.
Either way, after your conversation, the mission will end.
