How to Start the Speak of the Devil Quest
The Speak of the Devil main quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance II will automatically begin after The Sword and the Quill ends.
Speak of the Devil Walkthrough
Go to the Devil’s Den with Zizka
Follow behind Jan Zizka until you arrive at the Devil’s Den. Walk towards the building to trigger a cutscene.
Help Kubyenka in the brawl
After the cutscene, you’ll engage in the brawl. Fight for a bit until a cutscene triggers.
Follow Kubyenka to the Weapons
Follow Kubyenka to your horse and hop on. Trail behind Kubyenka and join in the banter until he hops off his horse. You’ll then need to follow him into the woods to reach the Old Campsite. Once there, speak with him
Get the guns
Follow Kubyenka down the trail then dig up the ground when he stops. Unfortunately, you’ll only find schnapps. He’ll then take you to a muddy pond. Hop in and open the basket in the water near a half-submerged rock.
You’ll find moonshine inside. Deliver it to Kubyenka then follow him to the next spot. Dig up the dirt to find a body. Loot it if you wish!
Afterward, follow Kubyenka to yet another spot to dig. This time you’ll find a chest that finally contains the guns!
Follow Kubyenka to the ambush spot
Hop back on your horse and follow Kubyenka to where Zizka awaits. Once you arrive, hand over the guns.
Rescue the dry Devil
After the ambush epically fails, defeat the soldiers. This will be a tough fight!
Tell Zizka you can come back
Speak with Zizka to complete the Speak of the Devil quest. The Into the Underworld and The Devil’s Pack main quests will begin.
