After heading through Shinjuku 3rd Block, you’ll find yourself in Kabukicho. Once there, make your way to the objective to find a familiar demon. Afterwards, head back to Tokyo.

When you’re ready to progress the story, travel over to the Medical Research Lab in Tokyo and speak with Koshimizu in the Bethel Meeting Room. During the interaction, you’ll begin the Investigate Jozoji Temple main quest.
