How to Start the Rekindling the Flame Pt. 3 Quest
The Rekindling the Flame Pt. 3 quest in Octopath Traveler 0 will automatically trigger during the To Enrich the Town quest. The recommended level for this quest is 24.
Rekindling the Flame Pt. 3 Walkthrough
Ruor has it some former residents of Wishvale currently reside in Cragspear. Perhaps pursuing this lead will help facilitate the restoration of Wishvale.
Head to Cragspear
To reach Cragspear, you will need to travel through the following areas:
Once in Cragspear, speak with the man on the bridge overlooking the waterfall to officially start the quest.
Speak with the merchant in the tavern
To try and help out Lutus, head to the nearby tavern in Cragspear and speak with the man on the right with a feather in his hat. He’ll know nothing of what you’re talking about, so use the Inquire Path Action on him to glean more information on him.
Next, you’ll need to use the Contend Path Action on him.

After you defeat them, you’ll get the Information About the Pendant.
Speak with Master Benno
After discovering that the Corrupt Merchant sold the pendant to Master Benno, head to the northeastern side of town and enter the large house. Inside, speak with Master Benno to learn that he’ll exchange the pendant for his stolen jewelry box.
“Inquire” with the corrupt merchant
Seeking information on the stolen jewelry box, return to the tavern and use the Inquire Path Action on the Corrupt Merchant to learn that he recently got his hands on an Antique Jewelry Box. Once again, you’ll need to use the Contend Path Action to fight him for it.

Give the jewelry box to Master Benno
With the Antique Jewelry Box in hand, return to Master Benno and deliver it to him. In exchange, you’ll receive the pendant!
Speak with Lutus
Now that you have the pendant, return to Lutus on the bridge and hand it over.
Invite Lutus
Use the Inquire Path Action then officially Invite him to Wishvale.
Relocate Lutus to Wishvale
Next, return to Wishvale and place Lutus in one of the buildings. Afterwards, the quest will complete!
